Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our products. OuBél offers a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange products purchased online with a valid receipt. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the 30 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us at oubelbeautyinc@gmail.com. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you have purchased a product from our stockists, return it to that location for a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product please send us an email at oubelbeautyinc@gmail.com. We will provide information on where and how to send your package. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the article is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the customer has had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the customer and he or she will be informed of your return.

Return Shipping

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Please include your contact details and the reason for your return when sending.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, unless it is defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping products over 100 USD or Euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
